Less than a kilometre away, you can windsurf, water-ski, sail a dinghy or paddle a canoe from the beaches at Salò or Baia del Vento. For the more leisurely the easily accessible little lakeside beach is perfect for swimming and sunbathing or you can use the first class pool facilities. The pretty lakeside town of Portese, with its lake ferry that can take you to Gardaland, a superb fun park which is ideal for the whole family, is nearby.

There's also plenty to do on site with tennis courts, table tennis and swimming pools for all the family, as well as organised activities during the high season. The pebbly lake beach is ideal to soak up the sun or try out canoeing. The nearby villages of Moniga and Manerba are really most attractive but the regular boat trips available from nearby Desenzano are definitely the best way to see most of the pretty lakeside villages.
