Le Littoral at Sables d'Olonne

Le Littoral is just a mile from the nearest beach with gently sloping sands. The park has a popular outdoor and covered pool. The park bar is the centre for daily entertainment in high season. The site is a short path walk from a rocky cove where children are able to spend hours searching for shell fish. Le Pin Parasol is situated in?gorgeous woodland on the banks of Lake Jaunay, where fishing, canoeing and pedaloing are popular with the parc guests. The site itself is immaculate and boasts a great swimming pool with giant waterslides, a tennis court and large play areas. There's plenty to do for both children and adults with a lively animation programme. Top-class facilities include a popular bar, as well as the on-site take-away and bakery, and off parc, attractions such as Puy de Fou and Les Sables d'Olonne are very easy to get to.

In a very popular family area, this excellent park is regarded as one of the best in the Vendee. It is located close to the beach, just a ten minute walk, and five miles south of the busy town of St Jean-de-Monts (which also has some great beaches). The focal point of this modern park is the swimming complex that has outdoor and indoor pools, heated pools, jacuzzi and slides/chutes. There is also an excellent children's play area, which along with the many activities makes this a popular family resort. The park runs entertainment throughout the season and there are many local restaurants close by.

The pool complex covers all the bases with water slides; children's pool; jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool there is something for every one who likes water. For those who prefer the salty version the beach is a short walk and is great for jumping waves, body boarding or relaxing in the sun. There is an extensive programme of activities supplied by the Al Fresco children's club as well as the on site facilities including children's playground; tennis; table tennis and football/volleyball pitch. Off site there are plenty of things to keep you occupied with bike hire around the corner; Atlantic Toboggan water park a short drive away to the picturesque town of St Giles Croix De Vie; the wonderful promenade at St Jean de Monts with a fantastic long beach, cafes, bars and shops all within a short drive. A little further away you will find the zoo at Sables which is worth a visit.

The high point of many people's holiday here is the wonderful swimming pool complex with its sun terraces, outdoor pool, choice of water-slides, heated indoor pool and even a jacuzzi. And yet, the magnificent beach at Merlin Plage is just a short stroll away, with the beaches of St Jeande- Monts just a little further. Even so, superb swimming facilities and wonderful beaches are only a small part of the reason for coming to this super park. There is an excellent children's play area here, and activities are first class too, with lively regular entertainment in the bar throughout the season, sometimes going on quite late in high summer. There are also several restaurants open nearby in the height of the season. Some of our pitches are across a road from the main park facilities.
