San Vito is set just away from the lake but shares facilities, including a lakeside beach, with adjacent Cisano; access via an underpass. A welcoming and friendly park which has the advantage of generally grassy emplacements on both sites, with holiday homes on San Vito and canvas on Cisano. San Vito has a small pool, but most facilities, including a larger pool complex, restaurant and bar, are on Cisano. There's a lively animation programme from mid-May when games and competitions are on offer for all the family as well as fortnightly outdoor discotheques.

With the superb pool complex including a hydro massage spa it may be difficult to decide whether to use the on park facilities or the clear waters of Lake Garda; there is direct access to the lake with its pebbled beach and tree-lines shore. Zocco is ideally situated for enjoying the Italian atmosphere with views of the delightful town of Sirmione across the lake. There are plenty of open grassy spaces for children to play on and some shaded pitches; in high season it may be necessary to park away from your pitch. A short walk away there is an open-air disco for older children to enjoy; however some noise can be heard at night.

The long, sandy beach is accessed directly from the park, and you can hire a pedalo, swim or simply soak up the sun. When you feel like a break from the warm sands and cooling water, the many delights of Venice are within easy reach by boat.
