Le Val d?Ussel is an impressive natural parc situated in the heart of the Dordgone P?rigord countryside. The park has a superb heated swimming complex that includes a family swimming pool, waterfalls, a toddler pool as well as plenty of room for everyone to relax poolside. Other facilities at Le Val d'Ussel include a multi-sports pitch (for basketball, handball, volleyball and more), a restaurant, bar and small shop. In the local area you will find the medieval town of Sarlat and the Monkey Forest at Rocamour which is home to 130 black and white Barbary Macaques.

It has three pools in an excellent complex which is the park's centrepiece and the facilities here are good all round, with tennis as well as a children's play area. Pitches here are on a series of terraces, some with views over the idyllic countryside that surrounds the park and the rural setting also offers many delightful walks amongst the patchwork woods and fields.

Domaine de Drancourt at St Valery, Picardy

Domaine de Drancourt is a rural campsite, surrounded by extensive wooded countryside and fields. A long, tree-lined avenue leads you to the picturesque chateau, whose grounds provide an ideal setting for your holiday. The old stables have been carefully converted to house many of the excellent on-site facilities, including the popular French bistro style restaurant. Children will enjoy splashing around in the two pools, one of which is covered, or exploring the site pathways on a hired go-kart.
