Adults are well catered for, with a Balneo therapy wellness centre, including massage, sauna, hydro-massage and Turkish bath. Customers staying in early summer for 3 days or more get 1 free session. There's a good restaurant, a 9 hole golf course and a large, clean lake with sandy beach, canoes and pedalos, you won't want to leave the park. Located just outside the sleepy village of Pierrefitte, you are still within easy reach of many of the Loire's most elegant chateaux.

Ideally situated on the banks of a fabulous natural lake and surrounded by the foothills of the Jura; Domaine de Chalain is a quite spectacular park. A wide range of sporting activities are available, although some may not be available until July. You have free access to the pool however there is a credit system in operation, please ask at time of booking. The adjoining lakeside beach is a great place to soak up the sun, but you can also fish, swim, or hire a pedalo or canoe. There are also many beautiful walks and gorgeous wine villages to be explored and the many attractions of Switzerland are within easy reach.

This Castels site has been transformed from a run down chateau. The old watermill is now the bar and the coach house and stables are now the golf club. The fabulous pool complex includes three pools and a superb water park with chutes beside the tree-lined fishing lake, and a new covered lagoon-style pool with wave pool. Our generous, grassy emplacements are scattered throughout the campsite and our Fairytale Cottages are set in a secluded woodland setting - ideal if you are looking for something a little different. There is something for everyone here; tennis, horse riding, bicycle hire, canoeing, pedalo hire and an extensive entertainment programme.

The high point of many people's holiday here is the wonderful swimming pool complex with its sun terraces, outdoor pool, choice of water-slides, heated indoor pool and even a jacuzzi. And yet, the magnificent beach at Merlin Plage is just a short stroll away, with the beaches of St Jeande- Monts just a little further. Even so, superb swimming facilities and wonderful beaches are only a small part of the reason for coming to this super park. There is an excellent children's play area here, and activities are first class too, with lively regular entertainment in the bar throughout the season, sometimes going on quite late in high summer. There are also several restaurants open nearby in the height of the season. Some of our pitches are across a road from the main park facilities.

There are several shops not too far from the park, including a well-stocked supermarket, which is open from June onwards.
