This pretty campsite is close to the main route on the Cherbourg peninsula making it ideal for stopovers or the whole holiday. The superb pool complex has two pools, one with a lazy river, toboggans and a retractable roof over one of the pools. There is an indoor Spa and Jacuzzi with a Hammam (Turkish bath) and massage available. The park is extremely pretty, in a lovely setting close to a small village and is also perfectly placed for sightseeing. The Loire River is just a short distance away, with opportunities for canoeing and fishing. Most importantly, the Loire is most famous for its many chateaux, two of which, Chambord and Blois, are close to hand.

A short stroll takes you to a beautiful sandy beach or you can explore the woods and dunes along the coast. This site is three quarters of a mile from Merlin Plage, and four miles from St Jean-de-Monts.

The high point of many people's holiday here is the wonderful swimming pool complex with its sun terraces, outdoor pool, choice of water-slides, heated indoor pool and even a jacuzzi. And yet, the magnificent beach at Merlin Plage is just a short stroll away, with the beaches of St Jeande- Monts just a little further. Even so, superb swimming facilities and wonderful beaches are only a small part of the reason for coming to this super park. There is an excellent children's play area here, and activities are first class too, with lively regular entertainment in the bar throughout the season, sometimes going on quite late in high summer. There are also several restaurants open nearby in the height of the season. Some of our pitches are across a road from the main park facilities.

The Camping Sol-a-Gogo is a well kept park with direct access to a superb beach. Just a short stroll from the resort of Les Mouettes, the park has a fantastic swimming pool complex with water chutes, waterslides and a covered pool. A very well maintained park, including bar and a lively entertainment programme in high season. Some noise may be heard from the local road. The park is close to the lively resorts of St Hilaire and St Jean de Monts.

One of the premier parks in Normandy, La Vallee enjoys a glorious rural setting not far from a sandy beach and the seaside town of Houlgate. This park is scattered with flowering hedges and fruit trees, with some of the excellent facilities housed in a beautifully converted Norman building and a wealth of activities to keep children occupied. There are superb pools, one of which has a retractable roof, waterslide, well-equipped play area, and even park entertainment who arrange a wide variety of activities for the whole family, including discos in the games room and Karaoke nights. The parc managers are very proud of their park and are keen for regulations to be respected; all in all, this is a superb family park.

There are simply acres and acres for you to relax in and for the children to run off their spare energy. The facilities are excellent, including an impressive pool complex with waterslides and a separate toddler pool. The family proprietors are your hosts in the attractive bar and restaurant, and their personal approach is much in evidence throughout. The location is ideal for exploring, with l'Etang de la Breche nearby as well as many outstanding chateaux.
