The park is extremely pretty, in a lovely setting close to a small village and is also perfectly placed for sightseeing. The Loire River is just a short distance away, with opportunities for canoeing and fishing. Most importantly, the Loire is most famous for its many chateaux, two of which, Chambord and Blois, are close to hand.

The high point of many people's holiday here is the wonderful swimming pool complex with its sun terraces, outdoor pool, choice of water-slides, heated indoor pool and even a jacuzzi. And yet, the magnificent beach at Merlin Plage is just a short stroll away, with the beaches of St Jeande- Monts just a little further. Even so, superb swimming facilities and wonderful beaches are only a small part of the reason for coming to this super park. There is an excellent children's play area here, and activities are first class too, with lively regular entertainment in the bar throughout the season, sometimes going on quite late in high summer. There are also several restaurants open nearby in the height of the season. Some of our pitches are across a road from the main park facilities.

Situated in Normandy, La Vallee has a glorious rural setting and is not far from a sandy beach and the Edwardian seaside town of Houlgate. This pretty park is scattered with flowering hedges and fruit trees, with some of the excellent facilities. At the heart of site is a beautifully converted Norman manor house in which you will find a bar that overlooks the pool complex. There are several shops not too far from the park, including a well-stocked supermarket, which is open from June onwards.
