Le Ranolien is really quite stunning. Colourful hedges and trees blend into the pink granite boulders of the coastline, which allows for some highly individual pitches, as well as easy access to nearby beaches. The owners are continually investing in park facilities, including a mini-cinema and there is a magnificent pool complex which features an impressive array of outdoor pools and water-slides, including a covered, heated pool that's available throughout the season. Swimming in the large lake is allowed or if you want something more leisurely then you can hire a pedalo. The high point of many people's holiday here is the wonderful swimming pool complex with its sun terraces, outdoor pool, choice of water-slides, heated indoor pool and even a jacuzzi. And yet, the magnificent beach at Merlin Plage is just a short stroll away, with the beaches of St Jeande- Monts just a little further. Even so, superb swimming facilities and wonderful beaches are only a small part of the reason for coming to this super park. There is an excellent children's play area here, and activities are first class too, with lively regular entertainment in the bar throughout the season, sometimes going on quite late in high summer. There are also several restaurants open nearby in the height of the season. Some of our pitches are across a road from the main park facilities.
