Le Mane Guernehue is a family-run site, one and a half miles from Baden and near to the beautiful Gulf of Morbihan. Excellent facilities, although at the top of a fairly steep hill, include a swimming pool with waterslides,jacuzzi, sauna, bar and restaurant. The family will enjoy relaxing at the south facing beaches or exploring the rock pools and coves just four miles away at ÃŽle aux Moines. During July and August the campsite staff organise daytime and evening entertainment for the whole family.

The pool complex covers all the bases with water slides; children's pool; jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool there is something for every one who likes water. For those who prefer the salty version the beach is a short walk and is great for jumping waves, body boarding or relaxing in the sun. Within 1/2 a mile of a sandy beach Cote de Nacre is a site with plenty to do including a tropical pool complex with swimming pool, water slides and chutes. Enjoying a peaceful location in the grounds of a lovely old manor house, the park has been developed by the friendly owners to a very high standard, with excellent facilities, especially for young families. The superb pool complex has two pools, one with a lazy river, toboggans and a retractable roof over one of the pools. There is an indoor Spa and Jacuzzi with a Hammam (Turkish bath) and massage available. The park is extremely pretty, in a lovely setting close to a small village and is also perfectly placed for sightseeing. The Loire River is just a short distance away, with opportunities for canoeing and fishing. Most importantly, the Loire is most famous for its many chateaux, two of which, Chambord and Blois, are close to hand.

It is also just 500m from the longest south-facing beach in the Vendee, where you can swim and sunbathe, before trying a spot of windsurfing on the 'marine lake'. The campsite is situated next to a grassy headland with rock pools and coastal paths to explore. The facilities on site are superb and include a fantastic pool complex, which offers an outdoor pool with a large sun terrace, waterslides and jacuzzi, as well as a heated indoor pool. In high season families can enjoy a good programme of lively entertainment in the campsite bar or take one of the excursions to local attractions, such as the picturesque port of Pornic and the island nature reserve of Ile de Re. Offering an array of swimming pools that includes an indoor pool, waterslide, paddling pool and spacious play area, this is very much a park for families. The park owners are very proud of their park and are keen for park regulations to be respected. Just a little way from the coast road, La Yole also offers you a beautiful beach nearby and two super resorts just down the road. Out and about, you'll find chic St. Jean de Monts just up the coast which offers a nice change of pace. There's a lovely air of relaxation about this part of the Vendee too, with its myriad of cosy cafes and seaside stalls selling local wine and produce. And should you just want to explore, you'll find that the whole area is covered with fragrant pine forests.

The high point of many people's holiday here is the wonderful swimming pool complex with its sun terraces, outdoor pool, choice of water-slides, heated indoor pool and even a jacuzzi. And yet, the magnificent beach at Merlin Plage is just a short stroll away, with the beaches of St Jeande- Monts just a little further. Even so, superb swimming facilities and wonderful beaches are only a small part of the reason for coming to this super park. There is an excellent children's play area here, and activities are first class too, with lively regular entertainment in the bar throughout the season, sometimes going on quite late in high summer. There are also several restaurants open nearby in the height of the season. Some of our pitches are across a road from the main park facilities.
